Update 1.23.0 for ARC Raiders is a pretty straightforward maintenance patch. It went live on April 8, 2026 after a short delay, and instead of adding big new features, it focuses on fixing issues that were getting in the way of normal gameplay. Alongside those fixes, there's also a new Vanguard Set added to the in-game store ARC Raiders Coins.
A lot of the changes are aimed at combat, especially small bugs that could completely throw off a fight. One of the bigger fixes deals with weapons or items firing on their own when switching between them, which could easily mess up your timing in a raid. There was also a strange issue where two Trigger 'Nades could stack and deal way more damage than intended, and that's been fixed to keep things fair.
Other tweaks make the overall flow feel smoother. Items should now activate more reliably when you swap to them while holding the fire button, and the camera bug tied to shoulder swapping has been cleaned up. An exploit with the Anvil Splitter is gone too, and you can no longer place barricades on ziplines, which closes off a tactic that wasn't really meant to be part of the game.
The map fixes are more subtle but still important. On Stella Montis, players won't randomly catch fire outside the Medical Research room anymore, and a spot that allowed shots to go through the floor has been fixed. Buried City also got some attention, with missing stairs restored and issues around the Code Printer during the Locked Gate objective cleaned up, so things should feel more consistent there.
There are also a few quality-of-life improvements. Some UI problems, like incorrect weapon upgrade tiers, have been corrected, and visual bugs—like transparent helmet visors—shouldn't show up anymore. A few crashes tied to visual effects have been addressed as well, although the developers mentioned they're still looking into other crash reports.
The only real "new" addition is the Vanguard Set in the shop. It's a cosmetic update, but it comes at a time when the game is clearly focused on stabilizing its core systems rather than rolling out major content ARC Raiders Coins for sale.
This update is more about making the game feel solid than changing how it plays. Fewer bugs, fewer weird interactions, and fewer crashes go a long way in a fast-paced extraction shooter like ARC Raiders, where even small issues can decide how a run turns out.
